Votes for each round must be in by the specified dates on the welcome page. There will be three rounds of voting: Round 1 runs from January 19 through 5:00 PM January 28; Round 2 runs from 5:01 PM January 28 through 5:00 PM February 4; Round 3 from 5:01 PM February 4 through 5:00 PM February 13.
